By placing a booking with The Creative Workshop Company, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms are designed to ensure a clear understanding between our customers and our business and to protect both parties.

1. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be made through our website or an authorised booking platform (e.g., Eventbrite). Payment is required in full at the time of booking. Your place is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive a booking confirmation email.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

We do not offer cancellations, refunds, or date transfers once a workshop booking has been made. All bookings are non-refundable. Please ensure you are able to attend before placing your booking.

If you are unable to attend, you may send someone in your place. Please notify us in advance of the new attendee’s name and contact details.

3. Minimum Numbers & Class Viability

Some workshops require a minimum number of participants to run. In the rare case we are unable to meet the minimum attendance, we reserve the right to cancel the workshop and will offer either a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another date.

4. Changes & Cancellations by Us

We may need to reschedule or cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances such as tutor illness, venue issues, or emergencies. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or the option to rebook another workshop.

We are not liable for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred due to a cancellation.

5. Age Restrictions

Unless stated otherwise, our workshops are designed for adults aged 18 and over. Some sessions may be suitable for teens or families and will be clearly labelled on the event listing.

6. Health & Safety

All participants are expected to follow safety guidelines and instructions given by workshop tutors. Misuse of tools or failure to follow safety instructions is at your own risk. The Creative Workshop Company is not responsible for injuries sustained due to negligence or failure to follow guidance.
