About the event
Join us for a calming and creative Dragonfly Weaving Workshop at The Abberton Reservoir Nature Discovery Park just outside of Colchester.
This workshop is suitable for complete beginners as well as those with some weaving experience. You’ll be guided step-by-step through the process, learning core basket-making techniques in a relaxed and friendly setting. All materials are provided, and you’ll leave with a finished dragonfly to take home.

Held in the warm and welcoming surroundings of The Abberton Reservoir Nature Discovery Park, this workshop is a lovely way to spend a winter morning with friends, family, or simply for a little creative time to yourself.
