About the event
Join us at Abberton Reservoir Nature Discovery Park for a creative and relaxing morning learning how to weave your own willow bird feeder.
Using natural willow and traditional weaving techniques, you'll create a decorative and practical bird feeder that will look wonderful in your garden while helping to support local wildlife. Your finished piece can also be adapted for other uses, such as a garlic holder.
This workshop is suitable for complete beginners, with step-by-step guidance throughout the session. No previous willow weaving experience is needed.
