About the event
Join us for a calming and creative Basket Weaving Workshop at The Abberton Reservoir Nature Discovery Park, where you’ll learn how to weave your own traditional willow basket using locally sourced willow.
This workshop is suitable for complete beginners as well as those with some weaving experience. You’ll be guided step-by-step through the process, learning core basket-making techniques in a relaxed and friendly setting. All materials are provided, and you’ll leave with a finished basket to take home.
